3.Penal Interest =2% p. a. for the defaulted amount for the delayed

period

4.Retrieving of documents from Central Storage facility :

If closed/preclosed : Nil

For any other purpose : Actual to & fro courier charges

5. Any actual incidental charges incurred by CFHL shall be reimbursed.
