ELIGIBILITY

Individuals who are salaried persons/ professionals/ businessmen /NRI /pensioner who have adequate repayment capacity supported by Proof Viz Salary slips/Form 16 and Income Tax Returns

50 % of the value of the security as per the Valuation Report given by the Company’s Panel Valuer

Equitable mortgage of the property being financed

Actuals

PROPERTY INSURANCE

Property to be got insured by the borrower or the company to the debit of the loan account.

PRE CLOSURE CHARGES

2% of the outstanding liability if the same taken over by other banks/ HFCs

CHARGERS

Salaried/Professionals/NRI

0.50% of loan Amount (0.75% if through DSA)

Business class

0.75% of loan Amount (1% if through DSA)

1.Revalidation Charges for Lapsed Sanction :Rs 500/-

2.Cheque /ECS return charges = Actual bank charges+ Rs 200/-

3.Penal Interest =2% p. a. for the defaulted amount for the delayed

period

4.Retrieving of documents from Central Storage facility :

If closed/preclosed : Nil

For any other purpose : Actual to & fro courier charges

5. Any actual incidental charges incurred by CFHL shall be

reimbursed.

Other than the above, No other charge will be collected for regular account.
